Chapter Sixteen
‘No!’ I yelled. I jumped out of the bed and looked around the room. There is not much one can see, when you’re in complete darkness. I stood there, taking in deep breaths. The dream wasn’t a nightmare, so to wake up all scared was slightly baffling. It was just a dream.
‘Dear God, one painting, just one, has me coming up with the weirdest of dreams,’ I muttered to myself.
I sat back down and got back underneath the covers. It was just a dream.
‘Yes, just a dream,’ I slowly closed my eyes, to be surrounded by darkness, again.
